The year 2023 for Blooming Group SpA, the 100% Italian company based in Turin specializing in creating, expanding, and managing networks of quality brands in the food and personal care sectors, begins with a focus on strengthening the team.
Following the arrival of Carlo Bonetto as head of the Finance department and Matteo Monguzzi as Head of Real Estate & Construction, Stefano Battaglia joins Blooming to oversee the administrative management during the group’s period of strong growth.
Stefano Battaglia, who graduated in Economics in Turin, obtained his qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor in 2002. Until 2022, he practiced as a freelance professional, initially as a collaborator in a leading Turin-based firm, and later, from 2009, as a partner at SCBS – Starola Cantino Battaglia Dottori Commercialisti Associati.
He provided consultancy and assistance in corporate, tax, accounting, and financial matters primarily for capital companies, as well as holding positions in various companies and entities as an Auditor – including serving as a full member of the Audit Board of the University of Turin for the academic years 2016-2019 – and as a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors.
He served as President of the Young Chartered Accountants Association of Turin and as a member of the Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin.
At Blooming, he serves as the Group’s administrative manager, overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities and managing tax and corporate compliance.
