Blooming Group SpA acquires Arilica and becomes the largest Italian franchisee of Burger King

BKNO, a company controlled by Blooming Group and active since 2017 as a Burger King franchisee, has acquired 100% of Arilica Food and Beverage, a leading company in Lombardy and Veneto with 9 Burger King branded stores. With the acquisition of Arilica’s restaurants, BKNO thus becomes the largest Italian franchisee for Burger King, surpassing Autogrill in terms of the number of stores, with 18 outlets generating a turnover exceeding 25 million euros. This is an important operation for the group, confirming its expansion in a complex and constantly changing economic context. The operation was financed by Illimity bank, assisted in the transaction by the Chiomenti law firm for legal aspects.

Blooming Group was assisted by Nash Advisory as financial advisor, by the Weigmann law firm and lawyer Savasta Fiore for contract negotiations, and by KPMG and the associated firm Bontempo and Law Sharing for accounting, tax, and labor due diligence.
