To support President Davide Canavesio and Vice Presidents Maurizio Cimmino and Barbara Graffino, Carlo Bonetto joins Blooming as Head of Finance, overseeing the Group’s development through extraordinary operations.
Carlo Bonetto, who holds a degree in Economics from Turin, after some experiences abroad and in multinational companies, worked in corporate financial consulting from 2013 to 2019, focusing on debt restructuring, stock market listings, and bond issuances. In 2019, he returned to the corporate world as Chief Financial Officer of the Gino Group SpA, one of the largest players in the automotive dealership sector, and then for Advice Group SpA, a prominent company in the digital loyalty market controlled by Private Equity funds.
