Blooming Group strengthens its real estate sector with the arrival of Matteo Monguzzi

Another significant growth signal for 2022 from Blooming Group SpA, the 100% Italian company based in Turin specialized in creating, expanding, and managing networks of quality brands in the food and personal care sectors, which strengthens the team and announces the arrival of strategic figures for the Group’s development in the coming year.

Following the recent entry of Carlo Bonetto as Head of Finance, 2022 further strengthens the team with the arrival of Matteo Monguzzi as Head of Real Estate & Construction.

Matteo Monguzzi is responsible for researching and selecting real estate opportunities for the development of the holding’s brands, evaluating the potential of the area and user catchment areas, while coordinating construction operations on construction sites, from design to craftsmen until the opening of the point of sale.

Originally from Monza, born in 1983, he graduated in Urban and Environmental Territorial Planning from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He began his career in the field of technical and evaluative due diligence for various Advisory companies, including REAG. He then became the Real Estate Representative at McDonald’s Italy Inc for Northern Italy, before moving on to the holding company Eurocomp&Ind SpA as Executive Director.

He then became the Real Estate Manager at Gottardo SpA, developing the Tigotà and Prodet brands, before joining Burger King Restaurant Italia to manage real estate network development as a Senior Real Estate Manager. This was followed by experiences in multi-branding with Cigierre SpA and development for brands such as Old Wild West, Temakinho, America Graffiti, Shi’s, Wiener Hause, Pizzikotto, for both direct and franchised restaurants as a Real Estate Manager. In 2020, he founded OPERA Business Development, a consulting company for retail development.
