Blooming Group, through its subsidiary BIT S.r.l., and the BEFED Group have reached an agreement for the transfer of four BEFED outlets in Turin.
BIT began developing the BEFED brand in the Turin area in 2022, initially acquiring the stores at the Settimo Cielo and I Viali shopping centers in Nichelino, followed by the openings of BEFED Settimo Mulino and at the Lingotto shopping center.
With this transaction, the BEFED Group will continue expanding the brand across Northern Italy, aiming to further strengthen its market presence.
