A day unlike any other, designed to bring those working behind the scenes even closer to the everyday reality of our stores.
Administrative office team members had the opportunity to shadow their operational colleagues at various locations, immersing themselves in the real dynamics of daily store management across food, retail, and personal care services. A hands-on, educational, and inspiring experience.
This initiative stems from the desire to strengthen team spirit, create meaningful connections between different departments, and recognize the value of every role within the organization. Because truly understanding each other’s work is the first step toward better collaboration, collective growth, and facing challenges with greater awareness.
