Blooming Group Strengthens Its Growth: €12 Million Capital Increase Approved

Turin, 2 September 2025 – The shareholders’ meeting of Blooming Group S.p.A., a company rapidly expanding in the retail sector, has resolved on a €12 million capital increase with the aim of further strengthening its strategic development. The Group—already operating the brands Burger King, La Yogurteria, Jean Louis David and, in partnership with the Miroglio Group, Oltre and Fiorella Rubino—is now preparing a new and ambitious industrial plan aimed at consolidating its presence in key segments and accelerating expansion across Italy.                     “We are very pleased with the results achieved to date and with the confidence renewed in us by our current shareholders, who have already subscribed for half of the approved capital increase,” said Davide Canavesio, CEO of Blooming. “We welcome new investors who wish to join this growth journey, contributing to the development of a solid, dynamic project with people at its center.”

The capital increase confirms Blooming’s ambition to consolidate its position in the Italian retail landscape, leveraging an efficient operating model, a strong data-driven approach, and a people-centric corporate culture.

Blooming Group S.p.A. is supported in the transaction by RP Legalitax for legal assistance, by Finint as agent bank, and by TEHA Group (The European House – Ambrosetti S.p.A.) for capital-raising activities.
