Blooming Group took part in the ELITE Workshop “Capital Raising. Finance in the Service of Growth,” a forum focused on the dynamics, players, and strategies of private markets. The session provided concrete tools to structure effective fundraising paths and to strengthen dialogue with the investor community.
These topics are central to our growth journey: a testament to this is the recent €12 million capital increase, aimed at supporting new investments, consolidating our footprint, and accelerating the execution of our industrial plan. We continue to work on governance, transparency, and operational performance to create sustainable long-term value for our customers, people, and partners.
