Il Barotto was born in 2012 with the idea of reviving the traditional flavors of Valdostan and Piedmontese cuisine in a unique place of its kind. A litthle meeting point where the cutting boards are the main characters, and each cold cut and cheese tells the beauty of a territory, along with its traditions.
The menu has evolved through the years introducing the meat tartare, proposed in various seasonal combinations. At the same time, the wine list has grown in terms of quantity and quality.
In 2020, during the pandemic, il Barotto opened la Taglieria ® con Bottega.
A place dedicated to typical Piedmontese and Valdostan products, where you can taste these specialties and take them home.
